Photo Description
A female student in a wheelchair leaves Phillips Hall on a newly constructed ramp, while another student walks behind her. Phillips Hall was originally known as the 'Classroom Building' (not to be confused with the current Classroom Building I on the North side of campus.) It was dedicated to Howard Phillips in 1981. Phillips was a prominent Orlando businessman and philanthropist, and the son of "Doctor Phillips", the former orange grove magnate.
