Biography
Lillie is an executive coach with over 20 years of corporate experience. She has coached executives at all levels within various industries. In addition, Lillie is bilingual and has coached executives and provided 360 feedback to individuals in Spain and Mexico. Prior to Lillie joining LHH, she was VP of Human Resources for a bio pharmaceutical corporation, where she supported the National Sales and Marketing organizations and provided coaching to executive management. Her background includes responsibility for management development programs and for establishing partnerships with executive management to develop national sales teams. Lillie prides herself on the ability to develop value-add relationships and to partner with management on key organizational projects.
