Biography
Carolina Lacerda is currently a Vice President within the Hotels & Hospitality Investment Sales team in the Miami Office, focusing on investment sales activities throughout Southeast Florida, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She is currently active in various real estate transactions in the U.S. and South America and has been involved in over $1.5 billion of real estate transactions in the last couple of years. Recent transactions include the Sheraton & Luxury Collection Santiago (Chile), Viceroy Riviera Maya (Mexico), Waldorf Astoria Casa Marina (FL), Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach (FL), NH Bogota (Colombia), another others.
