Description
From artist statement:
This artist book addresses the ongoing destruction of our oceans and sea life by means of pollution. The book begins with the viewer being flooded with color and vibrant sea life, yet as they go further and further into the abyss the sea life begins to diminish and is replaced by black and white fragments of trash. The viewer is met with a poem that discusses how we are neglecting to notice what we are doing and how we are harming our planet. I’m hoping my viewers will make realizations and learn to be more sustainable moving forward. It is also written to be inclusive to children.
