Description

Pastor Wally Arp, along with other members of the staff of St. Luke's Lutheran Church and School, participates in the Vacation Bible School programs offered for one week each summer, hosting several hundred area children each year. Lay leaders organize a huge team of adult and teen-aged volunteers to plan and present the imaginative projects and presentations and to provide refreshments and group activities during that exciting week each summer. Pastor Arp, wearing a cowboy hat in keeping with the VBS theme for 2003, engages an unidentified participant in a program on the stage of Founders Hall.
