Description/Abstract
This workshop invites participants interested in sharing techniques for developing and improving an Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR). A short presentation will review the recent decision to fund an OUR at the University of West Florida and how faculty members at UWF managed to secure university funding for the OUR in spite of the economic downturn. Following the presentation, the goal will be to share best administrative practices and lessons learned about the implementation of an OUR.
