Description of Services
CLSMF offers free legal advice and support to eligible victims of domestic violence. Services include: orders of protection, custody/visitation, child/spousal support, divorce, and domestic violence related housing. Eligibility is determined by location (the event must have occurred in one of the following counties: Brevard, Citrus, Flagler, Hernando, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Putnam, Seminole, Sumter or Volusia) and by income.
CLSMF also offers the special education and family units, which encompass services related to adoption, custody, divorce, health support, Medicare, Medicaid, termination of social security benefits, housing, and consumer identity issues.
