Have you ever wondered what meditation was all about, why people do it, and what benefits it may have to our overall energy, and mood?

Although our minds are full of heavy thoughts that can appear overwhelming, learning how to be more mindful can help curtail some of the stress we find ourselves under. Come join Sandy Avila as she shares an introduction to mindfulness meditation! There is no need for special props or preparation, just bring yourself and a desire for wellness as this session will cover the basics.
