Abstract

Are you interested in learning more about how mindful meditation can help teach you to slow down your monkey-mind, and how to get more involved in forming a regular practice involving breathing techniques, an awareness of body and mind, and how to generally get your body in a more relaxed state? We didn’t get to cover the benefits of meditation during the first session, so we will cover that, too! Plan on joining Sandy Avila for the 2nd session on mindful meditation where we will go through a 20 minute guided meditation to calm your mind and release bodily stress.
