Description/Abstract
The Center for Integrating Research & Learning (CIRL) is the educational hub of the National High Magnetic Field Lab in Tallahassee Florida. To help fulfill the diversity mission of the lab, CIRL seeks to attract diverse students to our Research Experiences for Undergraduates program. This presentation will highlight some of the practices we have developed over the last several years to increase our diversity numbers.
