Description/Abstract

The Offices of Undergraduate Research at both Florida Atlantic University and the University of Central Florida serve as a centralized resource for faculty and students who are engaged in undergraduate research. In order to advance this mission, both offices have created a select group of students designed to provide support to the office and to have direct contact with interested students. Each intuition’s group has ten student researchers from varying colleges and departments that serve as liaisons to and for the offices. This presentation will outline both groups’ structures and provide insight into how to create similar programs.
