Description
Who are you and why should you care about learning? Walk through two AI-empowered assignments used in an Introduction to Humanities course that encouraged students to take responsibility for their learning throughout the semester. We' ll play with how to make the concept work in a variety of courses and explore why helping students develop agency is more critical than ever across disciplines. Participants will work on creating their own version of a GPT or reusable prompt (or framework) to weave elements of metacognition and motivation into their courses.
