Description
There are a variety of published surveys a researcher could use to collect data on students' self-perception of AI. However, students' self-perception of their AI information literacy skills may not reflect their actual knowledge. This poster explores the development of a 10-question quiz designed to assess undergraduate students' perceptions and knowledge of AI information literacy. This quiz is aligned with the five criteria from The American Association of Colleges and Universities' Information Literacy VALUE Rubric. This survey is part of an on-going project to assess the teaching of AI skills impact on information literacy skills and will provide insights on student perceptions as compared to knowledge.
