Description

Roleplay simulation is a proven method for providing learners opportunities to practice and demonstrate skills. The addition of AI turns these into Dynamic Roleplay Simulations, which allow learners to interact and demonstrate their skills more authentically. This session will show an example of this applied to durable skills assessment. Learners speak with their virtual colleagues, analyze information, and decide what to do in challenges that require them to apply their durable skills. We will also show how this method applies to other skill areas. Bonus: this experience was also created by AI!
