Description

Through this conference, I wish to share how a window of opportunity transformed into a pilot project that helped us conduct a diagnostic assessment of AI tool usage within our University. This assessment provided us with a clearer perspective through the lens of various university stakeholders: executives, administrative staff, librarians, faculty members, and students. Based on this information, we were able to make informed decisions regarding the implementation of AI throughout the institution, acknowledging the necessity to establish foundations for responsible and ethical use and how to approach it in day-to-day classroom activities.
