This session will discuss three main components. First, we will discuss when and how to incorporate Generative AI (Gen AI) into legal writing courses. Second, we will discuss obtaining student buy-in for delaying the use of GenAI until after they have learned and understood concepts themselves. Third, we will discuss the pros and cons of GenAI in the classroom, including possible privacy and ethical issues.
