Description
This presentation explores the innovative integration of NotebookLM to transform social annotation in a general education philosophical reasoning course. The project aims to enhance critical thinking and academic skills specific to philosophical inquiry by moving beyond surface-level engagement with texts. We will discuss the rationale for using AI to promote deeper analysis and collaborative learning. The presentation will detail the conceptualization, implementation, and execution of the project, providing a practical model for instructors to adapt. Participants will explore the project notebook and brainstorm strategies for implementing NotebookLM to enhance student engagement within their courses.
